I fold here. I would also raise more pf and bet more on the turn.

You really need to bet more on the turn here. Make it like $25 or so. KQ is really the only hand that beats us here, and we want to charge draws more than we want to get value from Qx.

I'd bet more on turn, unless you have reason to believe he has KK or QQ. KQ seems pretty unlikely.
