Default 200NL - AQo from the BB

Villian here was a 50/25/0.7 over 70 hands. He seemed to have it out for me and definitely wasn't afraid to play postflop. He was running good and catching cards to this point. I was playing almost anything in position against him by isolating. Not having position sucks, but my hand is big enough that if it hits, he'll definitely pay off with something marginal, so I just called PF. He had laid down a couple hands against me in the past couple orbits.

Def. As played I like a flop c/r. Floating oop sucks.

The plan wasn't to float OOP, but when he checked turn, I almost instictively bet river. Daladiesman has a point that I really beat nothing, but maybe I can fold out a small PP or A2 or A6 or something like that.

I 3bet this preflop ~75% of the time, but I didn't want to play an inflated pot OOP, and he's calling my 3bet like 85% of the time I'm guessing.

I c/r the flop the way it was played... I really hate floating oop like this.

There's nothing wrong with flat-calling some % of the time here, but I'd be more worried about bloating the pot against a solid player. If this guy does call your 3-bet pre-flop, he's folding to a c-bet a huge % of the time.

Is this river an example of when you should bluff to stop a bluff as described in NLHE T+P?
