Do you have any idea what his small bet means? I doubt you have any fold equity, so I call and donk river if you hit

Why do you think no FE? Is that what you have found generally against unknowns when they bet <1/2 pot?

i like folding the flop here. your likely up against better draws and your oop.

im pretty sure that small bet is a sign of immense weakness/scaredness (real word?) at the possible straight made out there. i would be inclined to repot here

I would not fold this turn. As to whether you should call or repot two questions are important, does he fold to pressure and what will you do in the 4 of diamonds or any non board pairing non ace diamond hits on the river? Since the pot is 44 dollars if you call on the turn, you have to be willing to commit the rest of your stack on any non board pairing hit card. Shoving the turn requires that you have a sizable fold equity to compensate for you having 13 outs assuming villian doesnt have ace high fd.

u have more than potodds to call if your flushdraw is live(which is likely since its backdoor) so u dont even have to get paid if u hit, i would just call if i dont know the player and he bet into 4 players on the flop so even if bets weak id be a little careful with shoving here.
