Default AQ on monotone board vs HUGE DONKEY

Villain is 80/3/1 over 100ish hands. Earlier he called a 3bet then my preflop 4bet with pocket 4's (thats how bad he is). Anyhow, is this played ok, since he calls with huge range of hands? (he's a showdown monkey)

this is fine. i bet a little more on each street so it's easier to get it in on the river though.

It sucks if he slowplayed or outdrawed you, but this was played perfectly. This type of player calls you with a lot worse.
