I think I have adult A.D.D.- advice sought from anyone with this

During high school I had no problem maintaining concentration throughout classes and exams. I noticed a change towards the end of my college career but it only led to a small decrease in grades. Now at work, I find it very difficult to concentrate on completing my work. I lose focus and think about other things. The next thing I know a half hour or more passed.

I am thinking about seeing a doctor for this because I am starting law school soon. Have any of you developed this problem later in life? I am 24 years old. I do not think I have the full blown disorder but I find that my ability to concentrate is affecting my work.

It's not a disorder but more of a modus operandi. You have to learn how to maximize its advantages and minimize its disadvantages. That said, I have had some success with neurofeedback. I have a homebased system called play attention. After 15 hours I noticed a significant difference in my ability to concentrate on things that I'm not interested in. It's pretty expensive though, about $1800. You can go to a hospital and get individual sessions for $50-200 a pop.

add more tables...problem solved. I had to double my tables from 4 to 8. This past week 8 has been getting a little slow, so now 10-12 with overlap is enough to keep me busy, lets see if this lasts until next week.
