Security Department -- Incompetant or In on It?
Either their security department is completely incompetant, in which case you cannot trust that this won't happen again in the future, or their security department was in on this in some way, whether it be actively involved or just covering it up at first. The only way they can ever have a shot at restoring trust is to fire their entire security department (either for being in on this or for incompetance) and hire a bunch of the best independent security experts out there with proven track records and resumes that show years of dedicated excellence in gaming security
