Shove all day long. Calling there gives the BB the option to check and if he hits the flop hard(er) and you don't, you stack off and lose everything. Of course, someone may push/raise behind you, but you've got to shove here. Calling may get you max value in the extremely long haul, but not when you're shortstacked like this.
