First the preflop 3bet. Have only played 20 hands with MP raiser and he is 60/35.
With the SB betting and every body calling are you poping the flop or waiting for the turn?

Raise the flop. You have no idea if SB will decide to bet again on the turn. Furthermore, hopefully SB will 3-bet, which will give you the option of capping or popping him on the turn.

Preflop is good, but you've got to raise the flop. With all those callers, this is the right time to extract value. Another thing is that when you wait for the turn to raise, it might get checked to you which won't allow you to raise.

Raising now means you're more likely to get the people in between to call, it builds the pot and makes them more likely to call on the turn, and there's no guarantee that you'll get to raise the field on the turn.
