Do you know people who have different clothes for each day of the week

About 2 months ago I started to notice a guy in my office has a different wardrobe for each day of the week. He also has proper 'cold weather add-ons' for each day. For example: Every Monday he wears his blue shirt and if it's cold out he'll wear the sleevless brown cardigan over it. Thursday however is the gray shirt with the navy blue cardagon if neccessary.

Since I discovered this trend 9 weeks ago, I've charted it every day we're both in the office and he's only missed a beat once, the Tuesday after the office was closed for MLK, he mistakenly wore his Monday clothes. I think this was a mistake because the day after we were closed Monday, January 1, he wore his Tuesday clothes.

Have you noticed anybody else who does this? This guy is pretty laid back in his 50's, and I'm friendly with him. How long do you think he's been doing this? Should I mention something to him that I've noticed?

I really wish I would've said something the Tuesday when he messed up. I really think he thought it was Monday when he woke up and got dressed. At some point during the day, he looked down realized he had put on the wrong shirt and probably freaked out a little, at least in private.

cycling through the same 5 outfits every week probably isn't that uncommon. the fact that he always wears them in the same order is pretty funny though.

I only have like 7 outfits I wear on a regular basis but I mix it up.

yeah, but the shirt is under a blue sweatshirt so it doesn't matter.

why do you wear the same thing all the time?

one of my tattoo artists actually did this. he finally gave up on having any kind of variety in his life and bought like 14 of the exact same shirt and 7 pairs of the exact same cargo pants. and that's all he ever wears. ive never asked about it, but ive been tempted to.

the OP fascinated me, though. never seen anything like that.

i dunno.

i mean there will be times when i'll wear something different but those days seem pretty rare. i usually go for comfort. the t-shirts are pretty much all the same, fruit of the loom white t-shirts with something dumb that i ironed onto them (mostly album covers).

a few months ago, i realized that i've worn the same blue hooded sweatshirt almost every day since i was like 16 (i'm 25 now) and never washed it. sexy. i washed it a couple weeks after the realization. my mom bought me a new one this christmas though. i miss my thumb-holes. only had 1 pair of jeans until christmas but now i have 2 of the same kind of jeans. i'm pretty boring overall.

I don't have a schedule for what I wear(I have a uniform for school, but I'm talking about outside of school). But I usually end up wearing the the same clothes all the time(jerseys and T shirts with a pair of jeans mostly).

My communication teacher is like this. However, she only did it the first two weeks of class, Tuesday purple shirt/black pants day. She mixed it up last week and I'm looking forward to seeing what she wears tomorrow. These people are awesome.
