I normally 6-table, do people open their tables, take their seats and then 'sit out' until they have all tables opened and ready to go?

usually if I just wait for the blinds I'll have all the tables opened by the time I'm posting in 3/4 tables.

One thing I find really helps me when multitabling is to look for big pots in the little chat box thingy and check the hh in those pots (and obviously take notes on the players involved).

I might skip the first orbit on the first two-three tables I open to give me time to get the rest open.

WRT software, I'm surprised no one has mentioned MTH (Multi-Table Helper) a must for those multitabling at party.

Works with Windows voice recognition software, so you can talk your way through the tables instead of clicking. Voice training can be a little rocky though. People occasionally post hands where they told the software "Fold" and it pushed instead.
