Can someone explain me pls why you can push 66, but not 44?
Please don't answer "try in an icm programm", it's more a logical problem. PPL behind might call with something like 88+, AJ+, where 22-77 don't make a real difference in equity, right? |

There probably is little difference in equity if that is their actual range, but you factor error from wider ranges and spite calls. We want the slightly larger edge as well.
