Default One Player to Hand Ruling

20/40 limit: 10 seat has little aggression and rarley bluffs. I've never played with 9 seat or his buddy in the 7 seat before today. Their both donkeys who are hitting hand after hand and have massive stacks.

9 seat and the 10 seat go heads up on the river. 10 seat had raised the turn and now fired at the river on a 4 heart board. 9 seat goes into the tank. He lifts his cards up so the 8 seat and his buddy in the 7 can see. It looks to me like he's clearly about to fold but he sits frozen for a couple seconds with his hand visible. Now his buddy speaks up "Their's so much in the pot you have to call." Seat 9 calls. Seat 10 shows a straight and seat 9 shows the 8 of hearts. Seat 10 calls for the floor, what should he rule other than seat 7 gets KITN?

Flush beats straight.

Considering your description of #9's play, you really think he is laying it down?

Warning to #9 to keep his cards down. Pulverize #7's huevos. #9 gets pot.

Not very often and live to tell about it. One player to a hand, me bucko. You violate that once, you get a warning. Violate it again, and I'd start making noises to the floor that you have to go.
