all i ask is why would a good player leave himself only 10bb at start of a hand?. I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN THIS EVER playing many hours of no-limit in mississippi yet!
i own about ten 2+2 books. I have even met mason in AC back in the late 90's. they are the best books on poker but they are not perfect. the closest book i have seen to perfect is of course ed millers incredible limit book. im sure that this no-limit book is very good but i have to say i dont like hand examples used to define a point when those examples are highly unlikely to happen.

which by the way leads me to say that anyone who wrote a poker book containing hand examples as exactly played with all thought processes throught the entire book would bve a awesome book. and if this book was stretched out to cover hand example samples for say several months it would be ideal. imagine having a no-limit pro tell you why he did what he did for 100's of hand examples covering every aspect of his play! david grey would be a excellent choice to write it.

Thanks for the book Sunny, Matt, and Ed. I am just starting part 4 and so far I think the book is FAAANTASTIC!!! Just played a 1k hand session and used the REM process consciously for the first time. I felt my self thinking more about the game, making better decisions and paying much more attention to my opponents play. I am really looking forward to finishing this fantastic book. and I cant wait for Vol.2. thanks guys!!

Quick review after quick reading:
Very nicely written and clear
Very focused, more so than I would have thought possible in an NL book attempting a wide range of stack sizes (although obv incomplete)
LOL at some of the [censored] posted by people who haven't read it
But you did leave out the preflop hand charts?
I'll be buying Vol 2 and they'd better be in there

Is there any content on HU in this book? If not, will there be in future volumes?

Speaking as a regular NL cash game player, I hope that trend continues.

The last thing I want is for the chumps to smarten up.
