Default 400nl: Semi-deep w/ tp v flop maniac!

Villian is 37/7/4 - very aggro postflop. Maniac on flop - has ch/minr'd or donk led 3/4-pot into pfr (both hero and others) oop multiple times, yet I havent seen him show down a hand yet when making these plays.

Is standard play to call flop, call a blank turn, fold river if he fires big again?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($538.50)
CO ($400)
Button ($400)
SB ($1)
BB ($400)
Hero ($683.68)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $16</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, CO calls $16, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB calls $14, BB calls $12.

Flop: ($64) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $40</font>, CO folds, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $80</font>, BB folds, Hero calls (???)

Call and get it in on a good turn would be my standard line vs a maniac since this is such a draw heavy board, plus the guys a freakin maniac
