Default 66 against lagtard.

Just my second orbit at the table. Villain's been playing fairly aggressive. He's won two pots without showdown, one of which was after three-betting me pf. He'd also raised a couple other hands pf after limpers. My instinct was that he was a complete spewmonkey, which turned out to be true (not neccessarily on this hand, he was a spewmonkey the whole session). At this point, though, that was just a hunch, so I wasn't sure whether to follow it.

ugh.

this is a bad 3bet pf and you just continued to spew on every street. if he is going to go bananas and spewbluff just checkcall down or wait for a better spot.

if you are going to play hands like this in 6 max and I overplay them myself

I think the best way is to call the flop and raise/fold the turn

Then you will likely know if he can beat 10's.

IF he calls the turn, its a check/call on the river.

You really don't 3bet here? I assumed this was standard against aggros.

So you think I should just call pre, then c/c down, aside from a fugly board or my hand improving?

could really go either way ...

the most important thing in playing an aggressive is to have position on him ...

Depending on how sure you are about your read the pf 3bet is ok I guess, but I don't like the flop c/r unless you can get away from it and for similar reasons bet/calling the river is just donating.

a) what hands are we 3balling for sure, and what hands should we mostly be calling with?

b) lead flop or c/c down?

-I don't really coldcall with anything here because I want BB to fold (unless I have a monster and expect action from CO anyway). maybe I'd make an exception with suited connectors or bad suited aces or something.
-He always bets the flop, don't let him put in 2 bets with his better hands.

3-bet preflop is sooooo standard against 99% of 6-max players.

postflop i prefer to c/c down vs. this guy, but there are plenty of times i will c/r this flop and fold to further aggression. this hand is hardly a spew on any street but probably the river. the likelihood of a bluff raise there is pretty low and it is probably a fold.
