Hand 1 - snap call

Hand 2 - I would shove the flop, considering he only has $4 left after your raise he's going to have to shove the turn, so make him do it now rather than have a hand like K4 outdraw you.

Hand 3 - it depends on villian I think, as minraises with different villians mean different things, but either way villian here seems to like his hand. You have a gutshot as well as a flush draw, and since his minraise is cheap I would call. River I check and if he bets very small, I'd consider a call, otherwise I fold.
