bet 3/5 pot on river

less and he might make a move

if he raises this, it's not a bluff coming from a guy with those stats

you want to punish the midrange pair hands

I play the flop and the turn the same way. I value bet $2.50 on the river and fold to a push.

I'd re-raise to 1.2 preflop and keep betting. You'll get value from TT,JJ,QQ anyways.

As played, bet 3/4 pot.

Grunch

Preflop - your going to be OOP the whole hand, 4 bet this.

Other than preflop, I don't mind how you played this but you need to bet the river probably fold to a raise he will call becuase he probably wouldn't give you credit for a K either. He's got QQ or JJ or worse. With his post flop aggro he would have bet the river if he had a K.

Re-raising preflop is obligatory.

I agree that you can put in a river value bet. I don't agree that you absolutely must 4-bet this preflop. I think it is fine to just call. I think a 4-bet is fine also.

I agree with threads. I actually like just a flat call pre-flop. Unless you have a imagine of being a manaic then i would 4bet it.

Since you have played a bit with this player he probaly knows your a solid player, and he would think you know he's a tight player aswell so a 4 bet here really does scream aces. Since your not 4 betting preflop you have to make up for it by betting the flop though and value betting the river.
