Default Can someone please explain Iron Man?

Ok. So I achieved Gold status last month and opted into the freerolls. Now it's October. I opt in again and choose freerolls. However, I'm not registered for the freerolls that are running this month and am told I have 20 days to go or whatever again. The freerolls are on the 13th.

How does this work? I'm so confused. The explanations on the site tell me nothing.

Email support. That's what they are there for. Don't listen to the "they are so slow" crap posters. They will answer within few hours.

They're not going to answer his email with anything that's not on the site.

HTF is this confusing?

Did you ever go to the my promotions page during the month and have it tell you you had qualified for a level?

Well, now I'm signed up for the Gold freeroll. I guess it just hadn't fully updated or something (???). I guess it's all worked out (you only get signed up for one freeroll, correct?).

Only the highest freeroll you qualified for.

i think this is a great example of full tilt screwing people over regularly.

i never opted in to become a supernova on PokerStars, it just happened... oh and when i hit the VIP milestones, i received immediate notifcations.

while i get the point it's annoying, we're not talking about something critical here, u get the whole month to decide and opt in...

that lucky 7's thing was dumb because it was every day, but the iron man is not THAT annoying imo...but i get ur point anyway

Question for those who playing the Iron Man freerolls: How many people are usually in each freeroll?

I suck at tournaments, so my EV would be significantly less than my fair share of the prize pool. But these $10,000+ prize pools seem like they might be enough that I would get more EV from trying to luckbox a tourney once a month than taking the medals.

So how many are usually in the bronze, silver, gold, etc. freeroll? TIA.
