Default Blind vs Blind, nuts vs 2nd nuts

Is this standard?

3 handed, .25/.50

$55 effective stacks.

Hero is SB, Villain BB.

Button folds.
Hero completes with 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Villain checks.

Flop
7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Check, check
Turn
T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero bets .95, Villain calls.
River 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero bets 2.8, Villain raises to 11.20, Hero raises to 21, Villain pushes, Hero calls.

Villain A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Anyone just call the 1st raise or fold to the final raise or is this just a cooler?

I consciously discounted AQ from Villain's range because he did't raise PF. I thought he could have JT, T4, 44, TT, etc.

FWIW, I did not full pot my 3 bet on river as I thought I might blow Villain off 2 pair.
