Hero is not allways beat here. Villain could easily raise with an overpair or pair+straightdraw and that makes it +EV to push.

I posted this mid way through the thread. I have no long term results to go by since I'm just starting at 6max NL cash, so im simply posting the results b/c i thought the thread had died. Wanted to show how it played out so chill dude.

OPs line is fine against this villain - VPiP 60 / TAF 2.5 is quite aggressive (small sample size though), so topset most likely is good here. Though the outcome indicates that villain's stats might be misleading due to the small sample size, since I'd have expected him to raise the flop w/ an OESD - but then, as long as you don't shove expecting a FD calling you, I still like it.
