I just hope shaundeeb knocks out that tit marc goodwin, that spaz runs incredibly good. Writes a piece in a uk poker mag called pokerplayer, and everyone thinks hes the best thing since sliced bread, but his articles are nothing short of gay. GL all 2+2ers

[edit]
Just noticed that deebs goodwin is MarK, as opposed to MarC, and its probably not him. My hate for him still stands however.

Ouch!

From the Empire...

Sometimes you flop the nuts and it still isn't good enough, Mike Macdonald's hopes of eliminating Erik Joergensen dashed by a rivered straight flush.

All the chips flew in on a {5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{A-Hearts}, Macdonald with the {4-Diamonds}{2-Spades}, but simultaneously holding his heart in his mouth against Joergensen's {4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}.

The turn came a harmless {4-Diamonds}, but as the dealer dealt out the {A-Clubs} on the river, the crowd gasped and Tristan's face began to sag.

Double up for Joergensen.

Brandon Schaefer Eliminated

THE FIFTY-- Brandon Schaefer's {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds} ran smack into Nicolas Levi's {A-Hearts}{A-Spades} on a {J-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop. Neither the {4-Diamonds} on the turn nor the {4-Hearts} on the river could save the young American and he headed to the rail.

"Could be worse. At least now I've got a week in London" were his parting words.

Shaun Deeb is having a good day thus far, winning plenty of pots and seems to have a lot of friends at the table. Most recently been seen talking about the merits of chewing tobacco (cigarettes are disgusting though he says, like chewing tobacco keeps the dentist away?).

For those of you that do not know Deeb (no relation to Freddy) he is always near the top of the Pokerstars leaderboard, playing micro games all the way up to the Sunday Majors, he also just won the Pokerstars World Cup with Team America.

Somebody ID him!Bluffing the Wolfe
From the Empire Casino...

I don't frequent the online tournament scene, so I'm not savvy with the monikers of the current young superstars, but my spider senses have been tingling around Mike Maddonald , a young American lad who I suspect of online stardom.

He's cool, calm and confident, all the tools you'd associate with the young American hotshots, and he can bluff too. Just before the break, I saw him bet just a few thousand into a pot that was much chunkier than the bet, and after Roland DeWolfe had finally folded, Mike flipped over a cheeky ten-high for a stone cold bluff.
