Actually I can't believe that I forgot Morricone. I have all his work on disk and I even saw him conduct his work live last year in the Verona Arena. Now that was an amazing concert.

I've always liked the soundtrack for Dune. It's made by Toto.

Jackie Brown also has a good soundtrack.

Oh yeah. This is a ridiculously good soundtrack. I was gonna make a joke answer, but then I remembered that this and the O Brother, Where Art Thou? soundtracks were the only ones I owned.
