Default 200NL: 3-bet AJ from sb, hit TP, get call

Need a check-up here guys. I don't have stats against Villain, but he's solid ... probably 2+2'r. He probably thinks I'm bluffy b/c I recently showed one involving a 3-bet followed by a 2-barrel.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($197.90)
Button ($263.50)
SB ($313.45)
Hero ($204.70)
UTG ($53.20)
MP ($52.45)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $7</font>, SB calls $6, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $30</font>, Button calls $23, SB folds.

Flop: ($67) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $40</font>, Button calls $40.

Turn: ($147) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero ???

What's the plan?

I'd probably check and fold to a bet, but if he checks behind than either cc the river or put out a value bet depending on the card(s)

How about a check/push? With villain thinking hero is rather bluffy, he could easily have a weaker ace or worse here.

What do people think of a c/c on flop?

If you have some really sick history, shoving turn would be good. Standard would be c/f turn i think.
