changing a JPEG to soley black & white
i have a jpeg with MOSTLY black and white pixels, but there's a smattering of dark grey and light white mixed in. what's the fastest way to convert the dark grey to black and light white to white?

its just a ms paint that i want to have all black or white pixels.
i dont really have any editors or anything, so im hoping it can be done with something i can download. otherwise, im sure i can send it to someone with the approriate editor |

It can't be saved as a jpeg. Jpegs are lossy formats and everytime it's opened some of the pixels will sightly change value.
