Maybe I just suck at Stud/8 or maybe the other villains that play 59% of their hands do...either I'm getting sick of building my bankroll playing $.10/$.25 tables then losing $25, then winning $15, then losing $20. At this rate, I'm never going to be able to build a bankroll or become a good poker player. Here is an example. I apologize in advance for the long text file, but greenage won't be adding AP to his convertor until August. I just supplied him a bunch of my hand histories.

It's 5% which is pretty standard at these stakes. Or are you saying it should have a lower cap?

Yeah, I would think a lower cap would be appropriate. But also, at very low stakes the rake is very hard to beat in general. I'm guessing even beginners would do better at slightly higher stakes, as crazy as that sounds to a lot of people.

It's one big bet, and that shouldn't be too much to fade if the players are bad enough, which they'd almost have to be.

Oh my bad, thought I saw .25 as the big rather than small. I've still never been a winning player in any game with rake that large, but then when I started playing they didn't have micro-limits.
