MAC user, is full tilt only poker option

Friend of mine is using a MAC since his laptop crapped out on him. He wants to use pokerstars, but can't find MAC version or something. Is fulltilt only site supporting MAC. Any suggestions to deal with this problem?

Pokerroom and skins are available for Mac, and I think I saw somewhere that Party supports Mac now too, but I'm not sure.

Fulltilt is downloadable for Mac.

Ongame, (pokerroom, hollywood poker, etc.) is java based. It probably has the best features for a java version. However, their servers are not the most reliable. If he wants to play Ongame, I recommend Hollywoodpoker.

They have 24 hour lobby support, live chat, and a phone number if you have a problem. Support is usually pretty good.

Pacific has a java version, but I've found it to be unplayable for even one table. Download is too slow for Virtual PC.

Ultimate Bet will work with Virtual PC, although I can't speak for being able to multitable. (I suspect it would be too slow.)

All of the above is for a pre-Intel Mac.

If he has a new Intel based Mac, he can either get Boot Camp from Apple which will give him the option of booting up to PC or to Mac OS, or get Paralells, which allows both Mac and Windows to run at the same time. (I have Paralells and am using the download verson for Stars, Party, etc.)

Party is now mac freindly too.

I use my MAC laptop to play on all of the sites by using www.gotomypc.com; which I use to remotely hook in to my desktop

Not exactly sure 'how to' but I got some party poker magazine in the mail and there was a full page ad that said, now mac friendly.

I got the same PartyLife magazine with the full page ad saying "Now Mac friendly" but when I search the site it reveals nothing about playing on macs. I'm wondering if they mean that "Now Intel-Mac-running-Parallels-Windows-XP friendly"?

That would piss me right off.
