Quick Music Help

[Richard Tanner]

This song has been in my head for days (not sure why) and I can't remember the name of it. It's that rap song from the 90s (I think) that was done over Gary Numan's 80s hit Cars. I searched "Cars" and the like but that only returned Gary's original song and the Fear Factory cover later.

I decided, this having been a fairly popular song as I recall, that the wealth of knowledge in OOT could help me.

Also, hopefully some others will have music/song questions to add to mine to keep this thread from being a complete waste.
