Wow! That looks only vaguely like the last two slugs I have sitting here of the cover.
I'm very disappointed this is what it is going to look like. I mean its your guys book and all, but the full jacket he submitted was butchered. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] EDIT: Since I sit here stunned looking at this, and seeing the negative comments. And I know Mark will not defend himself, because he respects these guys and the books so much. What is being printed is not what it was supposed to look like. I would rather not piss off these guys more so I will refrain from posting the actual way the thing was supposed to look like.

[/ QUOTE ] Well, I don't think it's a very good idea to plan a book so that it's a great base for later added spiral binding and highlight markings. I appreciate good readability and durability a la LGB. But there are also pretty durable and readable paperback text books. They never seem to have very thick pages.

Surely it's 'hows and whys', not 'how's and why's'?
