For the next few days you should be shtting into plastic bags and be looking through it with chopsticks in case the diamond comes out. My dad had to do that when my brother swallowed a quarter years back, true story.

This shoulda been given more attention.

I thought it was bad when my dad fished a pound coin out of a clean toilet with his hand - this right here should be number 1 in a list of "how do you know youre very very poor?"
