the age of 2+2ers skews pretty young. meaning a lot haven't had much of a chance to save (instead they are taking on debt mostly) and if they are making a good wage, they have likely just working their way up from a much lower paying job, so even if they were saving, its not that much compared to their reported wage

No but I would assme most 20 yr olds that made $200K last year would still have at least 100K of it in some kind of asset.
