Flop raise is fine. If you have a read that hes bluffing with air here a lot, then i like calling down. I dont bet this river but maybe I should? I fold to the checkraise too since this is very rarely a bluff and the pot isnt too big.

i may check behind on the river, or is that what you would call a "value bet". depending on how easily he called the turn. i put him on a king after the turn, i usually like to keep the pot as small as possible in these types of hands that you have almost no chance in catching up if ur behind.

This is where I would probably check behind on the river, as you played it I think you have to fold to the c/r, unless you have a good read this is rarely a bluff.

Just call down from the flop. I would fold the river the way you played it.

Ditto, you want weaker hands to stay in. The raise just allows non K hands to easily fold although some may still call

The pots small I'd much rather he bet his non-K hand to the river then fold to the flop raise.

i guarantee this guy never finds a fold with a 6 or a 3. by calling down we surely miss out on value from these hands. however there is also a chance that he is betting pure air or will bet a draw on the flop and turn and fire a 3rd bullet on the river unimproved hoping we fold. if we raise the flop, yes, we are charging him to draw but we are also

1. letting him get away from it if he doesn't improve
2. letting him c/r if he does improve

there is also, of course, the chance that the guy actually does have a king and will simply slow down to the flop raise and either donk the turn/river or c/r somewhere down the line.

calling down looks like the best option.
