Do any sites charge fees on tournament rebuys/addons?

Ive not been on party for a year, I thought they were charging juice on rebuys

They were, but I also haven't been there in a year so that may have changed. You know a site is run by greedy crooks when they start charging juice on RB's.

Absolute charges a flat amount, such as $3, $5, $10... then takes 9% from the prize pool, so yes, they take fees on rebuys and addons.
