Default Home Brewing Qestion

Any home-brewers here have any experience with using fruit in their recipes? I'd like to brew up a nice Cherry Wheat.

Make sure you account for the sugar in the fruit when deciding how much malt & sugar to add. Also, if you want the fruit taste to come through, add the fruit later so the fruity flavor doesn't all ferment away.

That makes sense. Will fruit help up the EtOH content as well?
