Default TPTK vs bad lag, do i go broke?

villain is a 25/20 losing player. is there a better line to take?

reraise pre sometimes, rest is fine i guess assuming he does 3barrel with some frequency

I raise the flop or turn sometimes, and fold the river sometimes.

Sometimes fold the river, hands like this are very read based though.

Protect my hand/for value.

Villain/history dependant, obviously, but sometimes you can smell a draw.

is the preflop call considered standard here? I've always preferred to fold here unless the villain's stats are considerably crazier than 25/20.
