Default Stealing blind shorthanded vs full ring table

Lets say if i steal blinds in button.Should i consider Full ring SB and BB spots weaker than shorthanded game?
Or there are no diffrence? The random hands distribution is the same?

The distribution of hands is the same, regardless of how many players there are. However, you can draw some weak inferences from the fact that players folded. This means SB and BB are likely to be stronger at a full table than shorthanded.

At an extreme example, suppose you're in a game where people play every hand with an Ace in it. If seven people folded, that's 14 cards without an Ace, 16 if you don't have one. That raises the chances that SB or BB has an Ace from 28% to 39%.

That's not very realistic. Here's a better example. In a loose game, people might open a pot with all hands with two cards T or higher, 1/4 of hands with one card T or higher and 1/16 of hands with no cards T or higher. The average hand has 0.76 cards T or higher, in this game, a hand that fails to open the pot has an average of only 0.50 cards T or higher. If seven people fold and you don't have any cards T or higher, there are 2.60 "extra" high cards in remaining 36 cards for SB and BB to get. That means significantly stronger average hands.

Of course, it's still more complicated than this. People require stronger hands, and different hands, to open early in full tables versus shorthanded. But to the extent there is any effect at all, you expect somewhat stronger hands in SB and BB when lots of players fold compared to when only a few players fold.
