Default MTT HU with low M

How to play FT HU,when stacks are 10BB or 20BB.
Im little-bit frustrated because i lost 400 vs 100k Hu(blinds 10k)
Mayby im too agressive when i go every 2-nd time allinn, and seems like opponent has time to wait good cards and im always 30-70 underdog.
Negreanu blog advised to go every hand allinn ,when 10BB.Is it reasonable?

yeah, it is reasonable. review some hu pushing charts...short hu is pretty easy and basically mathmatically solveable. I just shove in a lot.

If you always shove when you are first in you are NOT playing optimal. Learn which hands to push, which to call and which to fold - from a pushing chart or from experience. Notice that playing optimal means play the player and not from a table which assumes the other player plays optimal. Not all players plays optimal so one has to adjust to the player and not just use a table to see which hands to push.

Playing STT's will give you experience playing HU with low M and help final table play in MTT's.
