The flop is kinda bleh and probably should have folded there, I'm folding to further action and betting if checked, he called oh well, but still no hearts, I get checked and I think he has pair and draw or perhaps only the K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] so I fire again big, good, bad, ok? |

Re: Blind steal turned into bluff
With a VPIP over 50, I wouldn't be calling this a blind steal, it's more like raising a hand that's past his range.
Honestly, if he's aggro, and has such high stats, there's much better ways to take his money than getting into 3-barrel bluffs. Raising KT in position against him is a great start, and definitely a value play, not a bluff/steal. He's not the guy you want to bluff anyway, he's the guy you want to take to valuetown. So keep playing it this way through the flop, then chill out. If he habitually calls c-bets, then we have to get a new plan. |

Re: Blind steal turned into bluff
other people can call preflop but yeah I think I'm ahead of his range I think, he bet the flop not me, I would have deff slowed down getting called a couple of times, and high aggro means folding or raising not calling, my hand could be seen as a slowplayed monster. I thought I might point out the good things about it but still this is probably not so good.
