Default 100NL Top set against unknown

There is HUGE history attached to this hand. MP3 is a HUGE donator. I buddy listed him back in April and this is the FIRST time he's back online that I have seen so I tried to get onto one of his four tables. I'm not really rolled as I made a large withdrawl in August to pay for a move across country so I've been playing 10-25NL.... mixed success.

Anyway MP3 is 85/50/6 over 500 hands . He only seems to coldcall pocket pairs. Preflop he folds to aggression and to a raise. But if he is limped to or first to open, He raises 3.5X Everyone at the table (there were two sharks.... besides me ) was gunning for him.

So now I get the hand I want and smooth call PF only to have villain fold. WTF! I guess I have to play poker now LOL.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (9 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($46.05)
Button ($43.70)
SB ($115.15)
BB ($96.85)
Hero ($92.15)
UTG+1 ($98.80)
MP1 ($105.70)
MP2 ($147.95)
MP3 ($100)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero calls $1, 1 fold, MP1 calls $1, 4 folds, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($4) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB bets $4, Hero raises to $12, MP1 calls $12, SB folds, BB calls $12.

Turn: ($40) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB bets $7, Hero raises to $20, MP1 folds, BB raises to $94.85 (All-In), Hero ???

New Villain is a new player to me with only 35 hands. If he mines, then I assume he has me around 16/9/2. If he doesn't mine, I'm as tight as a tick and ultra aggressive.

New villain stats at 42/36/2

edit: Forgot to add. New villain pushed into old villain a cycle before when he flopped bottom pair and old called and won with rockets. Might have bearing,,, maybe not since I assume he plays differently against me.

I'd take my chances here. Basically, they have to have 97/K7/combo draw of sorts for you to even consider folding. I call and expect to fist pump when you stack them.

If he potted the flop with an OESD out of the bb 4 ways then you should buddylist HIM.

If your tremendously bad turn raise was to induce a shove, you won. If it wasn't make it $40 from now on pls.

Was just rereading and wanted to ask a second question.

Do it make a differnce what you do if the flop is Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] instead of the K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]?

A tiny bit, since you no longer have top set...

My thinking is just what you suggested about raise sizing. If I had an overpair, I like $40 much better. Yes?

It's a limped pot in this case and being the BB he has literally any two including a ton of stupid 2 pair hands, so no I wouldn't pump it to $40... his $7 turn bet would look tremendously suspect AFTER HE POTTED THE FLOP and I would just call and see what he does on the river.

As played, put it in. If he potted the flop w/ an OESD then Effen is right, buddy list HIM. I don't even think this one is close, if you're beat you have redraws.
