I've never been to the Wynn either, but here's a good reference page for chip images:
http://silver-state-treasures.com/lasvegs/wynn.htm And just to be REALLY pedantic, it looks like the white inserts on the blue/green chips are four single stripes, as in the $1, not three double stripes, as in the $25.
