So I was bored and read a few articles about shortstacking so I decided to try it out at the 400NL games, I guess I deserved this for being immoral and a dirty shortstacker.

I actually agree with you lol, I really do hate shortstackers, but I must say that I learned a lot about how to play against shortstackers from doing it myself for a few hours.

Most are quite bad yes, but honestly, all I learned from my experiment is full stack people are retarded and actually have no clue how to adjust to a short stacks range. I had people call shove w/ literally any two cards. As you can see, EV wise it was profitable, and I ran into a few "coolers" as well to make it only expect 2PTBB/100, up until the last session I had an EV of more than 5PTBB/100, but obviously sample size affects that quite a bit, but it doesnt take into consideration that I felted about 8 overpairs on the flop and ran into sets or whatever, which won't show up in the equity adjusted since im getting it in pretty much dead regardless that my opponent didn't have set odds or whatnot.

Lesson from all this - if you want people to stop shortstacking, stop making it proftable for them and being a donk and "trying" to bust them w/ any two.

SS is much harder than people think it is....I've yet to find a NL400 full ring ss that I thought was over 1 ptbb/100 winner.
