Bellagio will be your only shot at this. maybe the RIO during wsop

Its a dead game in limit format, your best bet is PLO. And even then its a bit hard to get a game going outside of tournament season.

They included Omaha Hi in the Venetian 8/16 mix the other day, thats the second time I have seen it since I moved to vegas.
