Part-time Congress?
What do you guys think about requiring members of Congress to have an outside job and have their Congressional job be unpaid? Then anything that gets passed oughta be damn important to get everyone away from their real, paying jobs.

Legislators are essentially free lance contractors and extortioneers. They write the laws for their wealthiest clients and threaten to write laws to secure other clients.
