i live in houston and am a fan of the screw... i think chamillionaire is a good rapper but i hate his songs that end up on the radio... too commercial. he is though clearly the best lyrically to come out of houston recently.

his radio songs are really comercial but ridin dirty was really catchy and had a good beat. i mean it was commercial but by no means worse than any of the ridiculous [censored] out right now (soulja boy...) gotta make $$$ sometimes.

i really like chamillionaires flow, and he also uses some really original, good beats. he also does a lot of stuff with other artists that i really like. on this new cd there's songs that feature Lil' Wayne, Krayzie Bone, Bun B, Slick Rick, and Devin the Dude. I have always really liked how Chamillionaire puts his CD's together, the tracks are awesome and have meaning, not just 15 random ass songs put together.

Officially it comes out in two days (September 18th)

Also, for those who don't know Chamillionaire is the self proclaimed "Mixtape Messiah" and really puts out some great mixtapes. (Actually his most well known mixtape is titled "Mixtape Messiah" The most bought mixtape in Texas History. It's basically a 3 Disc CD with all original stuff, but if you like the mixtapes where they rap over other artists beats (usually current popular tracks) then dl/get Mixtape Messiah 3. It just came out and has him rapping over some sick ass songs like "Stronger" "9mm" "Go Getta" "Wipe Me Down" etc...
