Nah, possession and distribution are, but I'm pretty sure use is okay.

Jerome Baker, Bong Maker...

he got raided and shut down from making "water pipes" they were some of the best (smoked out of a few including his 2000 entry in the "Best Glass" at the Cannibis cup) siiiiiiick

but anyway about 5-6 years ago him and Tommy Chong's website both got closed down, Tommy actually went to jail for it.

So go to a show and get a nice inside out piece and pay like half what youw ould online and actually talk to the dude who made it.
