Hawaii at home vs. I-A opponents this year

(Sagarin ranking in parenthesis)
(149) def. Utah State 52-37
(153) def. New Mexico St. 50-13
( 67) def. Fresno State 37-30

Color me unimpressed. FWIW, Boise beat Utah State 52-0 on the road, NMSU 58-0 at home, and Fresno State 34-21 on the road. Giving 6 points for HFA (which I think is fair), Sagarin likes Boise by 2.5.

The 50-13 Hawaii game against NMSU was more like 43-27, the aggies were moving the ball quite nicely but kept stalling inside the 15. add on a late Hawaii pick-6 and it looks like a blowout but wasnt.

I would, too, if that were the line.

Speaking of the UGA/GT line, Iggy - thoughts? You're the GT fan, yes?

I like UGA -3, because UGA still has a chance of a BCS bowl and something to play for.

Damn I hope we beat them, and I think we have a shot but I can't recommend betting on either side in this one. We haven't beat them since I was still a student (2001), and our guys are pumped to break that streak. Tashard Choice (and the other seniors) does not want to end his college career w/o a single win against U(sic)GA. Both teams always come out amped up for this game, and there have been some downright crazy games in the series.. it is just really unpredictable. Also home field advantage probably has less value in this series, as the schools are so close together and always make a substantial amount of tickets available to each other.
