Default Email Question

I get 1000 emails a day to my gmail account and I would like to reply to them with the same form letter. What is the fastest way to do this. I do not want to hit reply for each and then paste the message 1000 times. Also I would like to do this without using the vacation responder option. Any suggestions? I dont have to use GMAIL either if that would help.

1) Why don't you want to use an autoresponder?
2) Google email autoresponder. There are A LOT of pieces of software to do this
3) Try a FAQ

setup pop3 access to gmail and use this

i haven't personally used it, but it seems like it would work fine. Not sure why the gmail vacation reply wouldn't work for you though. Why are you being so vague?

Autoresponders do not work because people are emailing me from craigslist adds. When I get an email from craigslist the autoresponder does nothing. Is there anyway I can respond to 1000 emails quickly if they are from craigslist?

Ron,

Searching google groups, it looks like your best option is to use Outlook.

Move them into a folder, then have a rule reply to all of the emails in that folder with a certain reply or template (a manual autoreponder, so to speak).

You other option is to harvest the email addresses out of the emails then use another program to send the emails.

I don't believe you are being upfront about what you actually need this for, so the clearer you can be with an example the better we will be able to help you.

All: I suspect that http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...rue#Post9340548 is a reason that Ron Mexico is not being up front about his use of this technology.
