I clearly have the best-hand pre-flop. I should be raising to make the others pay to see the flop despite being able to see a free flop right?

SB had been playing LAG, c/r OESDs, betting APOTB etc. I hadn't seen SB lead out against a PF raiser, however. The calling station will call down APOTB even if I make it 2 bets. With 2 behind is this a standard fold?
