Re: What\'s the deal with Red Bull in AC
[ QUOTE ]
Red Bull is very expensive. It's normally like $2 for an 8oz can. That's about the same price per ounce as Jim Beam. And if you've never tried Red Bull, count yourself lucky. [/ QUOTE ] It's $1.35 a can at Costco... I love RedBull, but then I'm an ex-Raver. Not to be a nit, but at $2 a can, that .25 an ounce. Jim Beam white label is about $30 for for 23 ounces, so that's well over a dollar an ounce... AB |

[/ QUOTE ] I've never purchased RB but I did a web search and found it at a couple places online for $2 per 8oz can. I also found plain ol' Beam online for $22.86 for 1.75l (or 35c/oz), and you can apply a 25% off coupon bringing it down to 26c/oz. I did my homework before I posted that. |

Forget redbull, you guys should try Redline Energy
note: you should only try redline is you want to feel like you just did too much cocaine. Really this stuff is insane. |

Re: What\'s the deal with Red Bull in AC
I used to really like the Mt. Dew Amp, but I don't think it sold that well, so they went to that weird green bottle of basically Mt. Dew concentrate. I'm really more of a Starbucks fiend now. The Double Shot is even more expensive than Red Bull (most of what you're paying for in Red Bull is advertising--see Formula 1 and Soccer teams.)

I prefer the new Rockstar Juiced with guava. If it didn't cost so much I would drink it all the time.

The only good thing about Jim Beam's taste is that you don't feel it after your taste buds are permanently burned off following the third shot. |
