I think this is a very easy fold. I dont think you are beat more than this is a chop. No way he is bluffing here.

I think its a pretty easy fold.
I doubt he would make a bluff or semi-bluff raise vs such a big river bet, or would be sofisticated enough to do smth like that anyway.
Pretty sure he has a flush
