looking for potential roomate in vegas (actually henderson) xpost

signing a six month lease this saturday here and am exploring the idea of a roomate. the second bedroom was going to be a office etc area, but the bed room is big enough for that. anways, i dont really *need* a roomate but wanted to throw this out there in case anybody i deem cool is looking for a place.

few notes:

no smokers

no drugs

garage will have a squat rack, dip/chin station so you can use it as a gym

women can apply

I was given the specific area by a few 2+2ers and then did a yahoo map of the area. I then searched for 'apartment complexs' in the area and looked at each places web results. This place seemed best (visted another) so I checked it out and i liked it.

Do you think I could do the same remotely without visiting to see the place first, or d you recommend I fly out at the beginning of December to find a place myself?

It is a decent area, but be warned, it is a long drive on the express way. (for vegas)

I just moved into a house at the 215 and Arroyo Grande. Otherwise I think I would be up for that.

TT - have you looked at all at The Lofts? I know they aren't finished yet, but they look to be a great 'luxury' complex.

i dont understand. do you want a furnished place? those i would look at first i think. if not all the complexes look the same basically and you could likely get off a plane and have an apartment by the time the sun goes down.

if ur sure your coming in nov/dec you can stay with me for 3 mos.
